Colophon is proud to announce that we have launched the new website for Carriage Properties, LLC. Leading the market in sales of homes in Downtown Charleston, SC, Carriage Properties is run by some of the most knowledgeable and experienced brokers and agents in the Southeast. Working directly with brokers, Colophon planned, designed and programmed a website that needed to build on the success of Carriage Properties original site.
The new website features a complete presentation of services, agent profiles, new, are information and attractions.
Property listing are controlled through a powerful MLS module that allows Carriage Properties to display exactly the data that they want – via Site Manager CMS. Property listing feature stunning photos, Google mapping, pricing history and the ability to link directly to the listing agent.
Analytics are supplied both through a SmarterStats Enterprise System as well as real time reporting from Google Analytics.
The website is hosted at our state-of-the are data center and is maintained by Colophon’s expert services and support team.
