Based in Charleston SC, Welch Community Hope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2024 by Joe and Amy Welch. The Welch family also runs a highly successful custom home building company.

 The Challenge

The greatest challenge to the website development project for Welch Community Hope was time. Working within a six week schedule, the project required working in a flexible way to manage multiple, simultaneous strands of work. Design, backend programming and content collection all needed to move rapidly to reach the launch deadline.

Working alongside the brilliant team at Momentum Marketing who spearheaded the marketing campaign for Welch Community Hope, Colophon moved quickly through a complete three phase development cycle to have the website ready for launch date.

All parties involved, the owners, the Momentum Marketing team and Colophon, were connected via an online project management platform and collaborated to put all pieces in place a fast schedule.
