Joe Latina, Chris Moore, CCIM and Jim Tancredi have deep experience in the Mid-Atlantic commercial real estate region. They came together to form LMT and came to Colophon via the commercial real estate PR veteran, Gary Marsh, from California.
Because the company was a brand new entity, there was no legacy website to work from. Branding materials were provided to Colophon and they were used as a guide to design a website to represent the brand appropriately for their market sector.
Working collaboratively with LMT leadership and industry PR consultant, Gary Marsh, Colophon moved the production process quickly, integrating a list of new content and features. For the properties display, Colophon integrated the “BuildOut” display system as well as a “BizBuySell” page to promote properties for sale.
Colophon worked to tight deadlines to successfully create and launch the website. The website is built on the WordPress platform and features a fully custom-designed theme. The WordPress CMS offers custom-build tools for streamlined content controls and a lightning-fast interface. The website is fully mobile-responsive.
