A Three Phase Approach

THE WEB DEVELOPMENT CYCLE
While each customer project may have varied, specific tasks assigned to different phases, the general web development process is divided into these 3 main phases:

PHASE I

PHASE II

Website Structure (XHTML) – in this phase we transform the design into interactive pages.
Create interactive elements, and live effects.
Install Content Management System (WordPress CMS).
Install custom controls and analytics tracking work.
Install content and optimize for speed.

PHASE III

Install Google Analytics tracking code for advanced tracking of website traffic.
Beta test and fix bugs.
Optimize for search.
Launch.
Complete rollout procedures and live testing.
Collect punch list from customer for any required changes after roll out.
