Luxury Simplified, a Charleston firm specializing in real estate, construction, event venues, and vacation rentals has been a Colophon New Media client since 2014. Recently, Luxury Simplified decided to upgrade its web presence, and approached Colophon with a design template created in-house. From these custom specs, Colophon worked with the client to create a stunning new website that showcases their main services.
The backbone of the new website is a fully customized Charleston residential real estate search platform. The website also integrates third party tools including blog posting, social media feeds, and a customer relations management system. Colophon’s proprietary content management system (CMS) allows admins to quickly refresh web content, and responsive web design means that the site works flawlessly on all devices and platforms. Colophon hosts the site on a robust, highly secure business-grade server, and also provides ongoing site maintenance.
