Market Area Real Estate (MARS) brings technology and real estate together. The company uses a state-of-the-art store where customers view plasma screen presentations and browse a database of properties before they visit homes in the car.
CNM has created a feature-rich website for MARS that leverages the existing technological assets of the company. MARS is planning the expansion of the company into a franchise model. The website system is built on a scalable platform, that will be duplicated for new franchised stores as they come online.
The website features an MLS search, affiliate presentations, a virtual tour of the store and a Featured Listings display. The MARS company is able to administer the site's content from their own Administrator's Area.
